A "G" Design for Optimal Protection

Unlike current models, the new Samsung Galaxy G Fold will feature a unique "G" design. The two side panels will fold inward, covering the central part of the screen. This configuration offers enhanced protection for the internal screen, safeguarding it from scratches and shocks, thus improving the overall durability of the device.

Impressive Dimensions for a Stunning Display

When unfolded, the Galaxy G Fold will boast a 9.96-inch display, offering an immersive visual experience. When folded, the device will feature an external 6.54-inch screen, perfect for everyday use.

A Strategic Launch in 2025

Samsung plans to unveil this innovative smartphone in the summer of 2025. Alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. However, initial production will be limited to 200,000 units. Suggesting that the device will be distributed in select markets, notably South Korea and potentially China.

Samsung has reportedly set the production plan for its first “dual-folding foldable phone” (Tri-Fold), scheduled to launch this year, at around 200,000 units. Production of Tri-Fold components is expected to begin in the second quarter.
